In the following Integrative Studio Lesson, we started using the workshop tools to start working on our final model. We used MDF as our base upon which we used wooden sticks, OHP sheets and alcohol paints to represent few of our main aspects of the area chosen by us. We also began delegating work of sourcing materials and then working on different parts of the model. Some of us went to lamington road and sourced materials such as led lights and other electronic components while the others were working on putting together the rest of the model as per the plan. We then realized the importance of team work and collaborative efforts in order to maximize our output in the minimise the wastage of time. We also had to face a few failures such as off measurements, some components not sticking correctly and some parts that were not fitting as accurately as we thought they would. We also had to add and eliminate items of our material list as some materials represented our aspects better than we thought the previous ones would.
