Work Assigned: In the following Integrative Seminar Class, We were to begin with writing essays on our own cities.
Process: In the following class, I began writing my essays on my dream cities. I tried to look at my city from a 360* view and try to combine aspects both of logic and creativity i.e. reality and imagination. I started working on the concept of a city finding a scientific loophole on delaying gravitational force and how its technology and people adapted to the same.
Critical Reflections: While following the process above, I had realized the difficulty behind coming up with creative concepts, I realized here that I needed to start reading more, observing more and absorbing more content that was more fictional and surrealistic in nature and to broaden my horizons of thinking by looking at different perspectives and by trying to make more original content myself by keeping a journal documenting my experiences or through the medium of drawing. I also needed to start having an open mind to develop more creative ideas.
