Sustainable Systems Week 11

Work Assigned: In the following sustainable systems class, we were to work with the same group members for our new project, this time I had requested my faculty member to give me the project topic on “Nutrition and Food Habits” and luckily she had accepted my request for the same.

Process: I already had a lot of previous knowledge in this particular domain as I had been on multiple diets in the past and my aunt is a Masters degree holder in nutrition and my mother is a nutrition enthusiast and so am I. I had a pool full of knowledge in this particular domain as I had previously watched documentaries with in depth analysis of athlete training and nutrition, now my only task was to curate the content as per my audience and their requirements. I had to make sure that It would be a simple guide that could be followed easily by anyone and the food prescribed would be easily available during the time of covid 19.

Reflections: In this class I realised how to connect my knowledge from my interests and to put it together in order to make it useful for my college projects, I was happy that my past research in my preferred domain was finally paying off in some way. I then realised the importance of knowledge gathering and of reading and watching documentaries.
